200 Hrs. Yoga Teacher Training

In our 200 Hrs. Yoga Teacher Training, we teach a Multi-style of yoga practice including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (dynamic flow), Yin yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Ariel Yoga. In this manner, the student has an option of choosing their own style of yoga practice and teaching in the future. 

This introductory teacher training is grounded in traditional Hatha Yoga, and designed to give you an idea of what you will learn in a real ashram. Being an introductory teacher training, teachers don't push students beyond a reasonable limit.
