Anais trained in Mysore, India in 2014. She originally trained in Hatha yoga and since coming back from her teacher training her classes have changed and evolved reflecting her journey as a yoga practitioner.
Anais teaches a range of styles. From dynamic sessions playing with accessible hand balances to mindful flows where the focus is on the breath and on staying present.
After taking part in a few silent meditation courses, Anais always likes to include aspects of mindfulness and meditation in her classes. This is often supported by the use of essential oils during the class, which Anais is very passionate about.
Essential oils have worked as an inspiration for her classes and events over the last couple of years and she uses them as a way to anchor our senses to the present moment during the class.
