Drop-in Yoga Classes in Goa

Nalanda Retreat welcomes you to join our daily drop-in yoga classes in Mandrem. We believe in sharing the Goa yoga experience with others.

Our experienced in-house yoga teachers will guide you with various styles of yoga throughout the season, including Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyenger yoga styles. Each of our yoga teachers bring their own authentic style of teaching, offering you a holistic yoga experience. All of our daily Goa yoga classes will include pranayama, asanas and meditation. Yoga props are provided including yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and Iyenger props. We do, however, recommend that guests bring their own yoga mat if possible. Classes will be held in one of our roof top shalas.

We welcome guests at any level of yoga and ability, from beginners to intermediate to full fledged yogis. Our teachers will ensure that you have an inclusive practice. Please make yourself known to your yoga teacher before your class begins, discussing with them any injuries or medical conditions you may have, so that they can tailor your yoga class to suit your needs. This helps us to keep you safe and helps you to get the most out of your experience.

Fees for Drop-in Yoga Classes

Per Class 500 INR
Seven Class Pass 3000 INR
Private Yoga Class 1500 INR for one hour class
Guests staying on a Yoga Holiday Package Free

 
Classes run from 1st October - 15th April. All classes are payable at the time of booking with our reception. Please contact us for further information.

Evening Activities

You will find a variety of evening classes and activities here at Nalanda. All of our evening activities are held in one of our Yoga Shala's at 8:00pm and there is no need to book. You can find more information on our activity board at reception. Best of all, our evening activities are free to attend if you are staying with us, or 500 INR if you are visiting us from outside.
