Who Is This Training For:
The Yoga Room 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training Course is designed for disciplined and dedicated students and aspiring teachers. The rich program will require commitment and dedication, and in order to create a safe learning container with space for growth and self development, participation in the whole course is required. Yet, students who are willing to take this course for a self development journey are also welcome. Course participants will develop a deep rooted understanding of the traditions of yoga according to the ancient Yogic texts, with a blend of modern and science based approach in understanding human body & mind connection: healing through movement and breath, building body awareness, science based approach towards breathwork and meditation.
This teaching will give you the tools to create coherent, traditional and creative practices. The course is intended to evolve your personal yoga practice as you embark upon your transformational journey from student to dedicated practitioner and teacher.
