Yin Yoga Therapy™

Yin Yoga addresses all layers of our being -mind, body and soul-, inviting a serene experience of harmony, stillness and peace. In the yin yoga practice we are connecting our body to a Zen state of mind and create the opportunity to allow physical and energetic and healing to take place.

Yin yoga poses are practiced as long-held static stretches, allowing the space for mindfulness and the opportunity to release deep layers of physical or emotional tension held within your connective tissue. The ancient healing wisdom of the Taoist philosophy, the Chi flow and the Meridians offers insight and guidance on this journey inwards, releasing physical and emotional tension, freeing blocked or stagnant energy and cultivate a peaceful mind.
