While we will enjoy DAILY Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation… 


We will venture into the jungle to connect with the wisdom of the land and the mystic of the elders, experience a community ecstatic dance under an ancient banyan tree and the twinkling stars, and learn from Indian scholars about the wisdom of the chakras and  the philosophy of yoga.

The 7 chakras are the main energy points found along the spine in our astral body and are associated with our physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Persistent negative emotions, a lack of physical activity, lack of connection to our intuition, poor sleep, and stress can cause these centres to come out of balance.

Each day we will focus on understanding and bringing balance to a different chakra, allowing us to explore new insights, build deeper connections, discover new inspirations, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. With lots of fun, love and laughter on the way as always!

About the Teacher

Hi, my name is Deborah and I can't wait to share this life-changing journey with you!

Finding yoga 18 years ago and embarking my first trip to India 11 years ago were 2 of the most impactful steps I have made in my life and sharing the wisdom of what I have learned is an honour and one of my life's biggest passions. 

I currently live in Ibiza where I teach regularly and have been running retreats for the past 5 years and my favourite programme of all time is the 7 day Chakra Journey where we learn and experience the tools to bring balance and joy to our lives. Understanding the chakra system is not only a life-science but a blueprint to inner peace and harmony within yourself, nature and the elements all around.

It is with so much excitement I now take the programme to India, the place which has inspired my path and where I have spend the past decade in winter submerging myself in the rich culture, community, knowledge and many different styles of teacher trainings including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin.

I believe yoga truly is for everyone. I encourage and empower students to connect to their inner power and unlock the best version of themselves on and off the mat. 

My classes are always physically and mentally challenging whilst being intuitively adapted to the student's needs and abilities. I create a safe, supported, and non-judgemental space where students are able to move a little deeper into self-discovery and exploration.

I believe yoga when practiced with true awareness and attention has the power to calm the busiest of minds and stiffest of bodies. Paying extra attention to our breath, thoughts, and movements we can connect more consciously to our true authentic selves and exist more deeply in the present moment.
