Our 7 Day Ayurveda Retreat will include:

  • Two Group lectures with the Ayurvedic doctor
  • A personalized consultation not only to examine your body, but to take an extensive personal and medical history, including questions about daily diet, professional and working conditions, exercise routines, relationships, and mental health.
  • A specially curated Lifestyle change diet plan  
  • An Ayurvedic Cooking class that will introduce you to Ayurvedic cuisine which comprises dishes made with such combination of food that optimizes these elements in the human body.
  • Two Basti Treatments
