About the Teachers

Chang Park: As a yoga instructor, I consider it a privilege to guide students on their unique yoga journeys, supporting their physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Yoga's enduring ability to adapt and transform throughout life's changes is a comforting and invaluable gift. Personally experiencing and witnessing its transformative power, I emphasize self-awareness, vibrant living, and the connection between yoga and overall well-being. Influenced by Iyengar tradition, I value deliberate movement, teach adaptable Hatha yoga, and integrate my medical practice as a GP to promote holistic health and happiness.
