Personally experiencing and witnessing its transformative power, I emphasize self-awareness, vibrant living, and the connection between yoga and overall well-being. Influenced by Iyengar tradition, I value deliberate movement, teach adaptable Hatha yoga, and integrate my medical practice as a GP to promote holistic health and happiness. https://www.changyoga.org/
