I have been teaching internationally for ten years, spending the past five years living and teaching between Goa and Mumbai, while originally developing my yoga following in the U.K. In Mumbai, I am a teacher at prestigious establishments such as “Soho House Mumbai,” “The Moon Village,” and “Yoga House.” In the U.K., I’ve been a resident teacher at “The South Kensington Club,” “Yoga Loft,” “Third Space London,” and a senior teacher at “More Yoga” London. Additionally, I’ve served as a personal yoga trainer at luxury hotels in Sardinia, including “The Caledvolpe,” “The Cervo,” and “The Romanzino.”
In Goa, I regularly teach at “Ashiyana” and “Nalanda” yoga and wellness retreats, “Riva Beach Resort” for AKA MMA Association, “Mojigao” eco-wellness resort, and Palmorama.Goa. My teaching style is dynamic, strong, and upbeat, inclusive to all levels, and characterized by clear instruction and supportive adjustments. I also blend music into my classes, hosting “Pop up Yoga & Live DJ” events at venues like “Soho House Mumbai” and other luxury locations.
My journey began with a BA Honours Degree in Dance and Performing Arts, leading me to discover Ashtanga yoga at Laban Dance School. I trained under Yogi Kamal at “Tattva Yoga Shala” in Rishikesh, furthering my studies with Kino MacGregor and Edward Clarke.
