Mornings:

Our mornings start with a peaceful and centered experience, beginning with seated meditation and chanting to set our intentions and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness. We then move into pranayama practices, focusing on breathwork to release tension and enhance our subtle energy awareness. The morning continues with an energetic asana yoga session that emphasizes proper alignment and tailored movements to meet the individual needs of each participant.

Afternoons:

In the afternoons, we gather for insightful discussions aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of our yoga practices and their relevance in our modern lives. We explore topics related to our sense of self, identity, and the challenges we encounter in finding balance. These discussions set the foundation for themed workshops, where we delve into specific aspects of yoga, such as heart-opening postures, twists, inversions, or embrace a restorative practice for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Through disconnection from our daily lives, we create a space for inner exploration, allowing creativity to flourish and opening ourselves up to new possibilities. Together, we embark on a transformative journey, unlocking our potential to become the best versions of ourselves.

Cost

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 500 euros is necessary at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that the retreat will commence on the afternoon of January 18th, so make sure to arrange your travel accordingly to arrive in time for the start of the retreat.

For accommodation, you have several options to choose from:

Inclusions

Your retreat package includes:

  • 9 nights' accommodation at Nalanda Resort, providing a comfortable and serene environment for your stay.
  • 2 yoga classes per day, offering a chance to deepen your practice and explore different styles and techniques.
  • A traditional Hindu Puja ceremony, allowing you to experience the rich spiritual traditions of the region.
  • 2 delightful meals each day, either breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner, providing nourishment and delicious flavors.
  • Free drinks including tea, lemon ginger, and filtered water available throughout the day to keep you hydrated.
  • 9 days of yoga sessions, accompanied by journaling, reflections, mini workshops, and dedicated self-time to enhance your personal growth and self-discovery.

This comprehensive package ensures a holistic and transformative experience during your retreat.

Exclusions

Please note that flight tickets and transfers are not included in the retreat's cost. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements to the retreat location.

Additionally, there are optional activities and treatments available at an additional cost, including:

  • Beach activities such as kite surfing and stand-up paddleboarding, offering exciting ways to engage with the natural surroundings.
  • Visit the Night Flea market, where you can explore local crafts, food, and entertainment in a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Experience Ayurvedic Panchakarma, a traditional detoxification and rejuvenation treatment aimed at restoring balance and well-being.
  • Detox Juice Cleansing, providing a nourishing and cleansing experience to support your body's natural detoxification processes.
  • Ayurvedic Treatments, offering a range of therapeutic and rejuvenating treatments based on ancient Indian healing traditions.
  • Therapeutic Treatments, including various holistic therapies to promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.

These optional activities and treatments can be arranged separately based on your preferences and are not included in the retreat's overall cost.

With her expertise, she aims to guide practitioners on a journey of self-discovery, recovery, and renewal.

As a senior practitioner and teacher to other teachers, Vicky emphasizes the personal nature of yoga and the infinite possibilities it offers. She focuses on imparting knowledge and insight that allows individuals to explore and uncover their potential. By integrating science, kinesiology, and anatomy into the traditional yoga practice, Vicky creates a foundation for teachers to connect with the essence of yoga and cultivate their own self-practice. Drawing from her own experience of rehabilitation, she understands the power of healing and emphasizes the body's innate ability to regenerate and restore well-being through yoga.

Vicky's approach to yoga transcends time and space, recognizing the lineage of teachers who have passed down the wisdom of yoga. She aims to ignite the flame within her students, enabling them to fully engage with the practice and discover their own inner light.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Please note that the deposit payment is subject to a 30-day clearing period. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All payments made within 30 days prior to the retreat starting date are non-refundable.
  • In the event of failure to pay the outstanding balance on time without prior notice, your booking may be canceled, and the room will be resold. Please note that deposits under this circumstance are also non-refundable.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • It is mandatory for all participants to purchase travel insurance before attending the retreat.
  • If you have any injuries or illnesses that may put your health at risk during the retreat, please disclose this information to us prior to attending.
  • Additionally, please inform us in advance about any food allergies or intolerances you may have to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made for your dietary needs.
