YOGA RETREAT IN INDIA Teacher

About the Teachers

Francesca Giusti: I've been a certified Yoga teacher since 2004, completing my initial 200-hour training in Australia and later a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga training in Ireland in 2007, with ongoing practice in traditional Iyengar Yoga. My teachings blend asana, Pranayama, and Meditation to foster present-moment joy, enhanced by my training in Somatic Movement Education. I immersed myself in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers in London in 2008.

My journey includes annual intensive yoga retreats in India since 2011 with Clive Sheridan, and I've been a part of the Ekhart Yoga Team since 2012, offering comprehensive online classes. I'm of Italian origin and have lived across various countries since my early twenties. After over a decade of sharing yoga in Ireland, I established and managed the thriving Pure Yoga Cheshire studio in Macclesfield, England, for over 10 years starting from 2012. Since 2016, I've been leading yoga classes, workshops, and retreats in Somerset.

Andrew Wrenn: I am a certified Teacher trained by the British Wheel of Yoga, blending classical and contemporary Hatha Yoga influences. My practice combines breath-linked movements and traditional postures for strength, flexibility, and balance, accommodating all levels. With a biology background and interest in various philosophies, I turned to Yoga in my late 20s to manage asthma, experiencing significant relief through yogic breathing techniques. Since the late 90s, my daily practice has positively impacted my physical and mental well-being. I continue to deepen my practice through diverse approaches and retreats with Clive Sheridan. I've taught and led retreats across Europe, the Middle East, and India, aiming to share yoga knowledge with enthusiasm and joy. You can find me on Ekhart Yoga and learn more at yogawithandrew.co.uk.
