Pranayama and Breathing 50 hrs course

This residential course is designed to develop a strong foundation of pranayama & meditation. Pranayama is often being neglected by most of the practitioners because of lack of proper knowledge of this practice. Prana being the life-force and it is the vital energy that pervades everything, this course is designed for you to learn step by step each aspect of breathing & will share the knowledge of how to apply different techniques to bring a transformation at Physical & Emotional level.

Highlights of the course:
*Fundamental of breathing & anatomy of breathing.
*Daily Guided practice to bring abhaysa on pranayama.
*Learn Different techniques in a correct way.
*Develop faith & conviction by going deeper into the theory aspect of pranayama.
*How to Increase awareness of hidden tensions & help to dissolve them through uninterrupted practice.
*Develop the art of teaching & sequencing pranayama class.

Location: For this course the location plays an important part, thus we have chosen a place in a peaceful secluded beach of Goa surrounded by nature, with natural healing vibes which is ideal for the 7-day journey to your soul. We are also providing the sattvic food for the stay to support the practice & to get maximum benefit from the course.

Schedule: 6:30 am Detox shot
7 - 7:15 am: Chanting
7:15 - 8:15 am: Guided Asana session
8:15 am - 9:30 am: Pranayama
9:30 – 10:30am: Breakfast
10:30am - 11:30 am: Pranayama Theory
11:30am – 1:30pm: Lunch & rest
1:30pm – 3pm: Self-study
3pm - 3:30pm: One on One discussion with teacher (optional)
3:30pm - 4:30 pm: Yogic tea break
4:30 – 5:30 pm: Restorative practice
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Pranayama
6:30 – 7:30 pm: Sunset Meditation / Yoga Nidra
7: 30 pm: Dinner

The fee includes the tuition, certificate, course materials, accommodation & Sattvic food twice a day
