Additional Information
Originally from Germany, Alexandra began her yoga journey over two decades ago in Rishikesh, India. After completing her first teacher training in 2002, she immersed herself in yoga and Oriental medicine, ultimately becoming a licensed acupuncturist and one of India’s earliest educators in Yin Yoga. Since 2012, Alexandra has led Yin Yoga Therapy® trainings across India and worldwide, integrating acupuncture meridians, five elements theory, chi flow, and mindfulness. Her approach is deeply intuitive, weaving together ancient wisdom and practical science to guide students into sustainable well-being. In 2019, she founded The Body-Mind-Soul Centre to expand her vision globally. As a lead trainer, she is supported by a team of international teachers who share her passion for conscious embodiment. Alexandra divides her time between Bali and Goa, leading immersive teacher trainings and mentoring practitioners on a path of deep self-discovery. Her work invites transformation that is gentle, empowering, and rooted in the wisdom of the body.
