Our one-week Yoga and Wellness retreat is a perfect introduction to yoga for a beginner and an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and give the time and energy that it deserves to a common goal, wellness.

By being on this retreat, we invite you to fully immerse your physical body into a week of total serenity, surrendering to peace and relaxation. Enjoy the peace of a lush tropical paradise, where you have plenty of time to practice yoga, meditate, sunbathe at the poolside, pamper yourself and find your inner balance. 

Our beachfront restaurant The Chia Lounge will serve you delicious & healthy organic meals complete with superfood-fuelling ingredients to help you detox your system.

From enjoying our swimming pools to sunbathing on the sandy beach or watching the sun set into the Arabian sea, you can experience it all here at Nalanda Retreat - a blissful environment to stimulate your mind, and energize your body and speak to your soul.

Start your day off with a dynamic yoga class, which begins at 8.00 a.m. in one of our spacious and airy rooftop yoga shalas, with beautiful sea-view or a pool view. Our expert teachers with years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Iyengar yoga, have helped create an environment where you can enjoy a relaxing yoga holiday with like-minded souls from all over the world, this will be followed by a healthy wellness buffet breakfast with some locally sourced fresh fruit juices.

Nalanda Retreat is located in close proximity to the beach and is a safe place for a swim and to relax in peace, with private beach access and sun loungers via our restaurant.

You can use your free time to soak up the sun, go on leisurely walks, enjoy incredible sunsets and explore the beautiful state of Goa & its local attractions. We provide full concierge service to take the stress out of arranging your excursions. 

Afternoon yoga is at 4.00 p.m. which is a slower and more gentle class easing you into the evening ready for evening dining and relaxation. Fresh salads and authentically prepared Indian delicacies are served from 7.00 p.m. onwards.

Round off your day with one of our evening activities at 8.00 p.m. including kirtan, meditation, classical Indian music, and OSHO therapies.
