Priyanka Parihar is an experienced yoga teacher based at Nalanda Retreat in Goa, India. With over two decades of experience in teaching yoga, Priyanka specializes in guiding students through a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Her approach combines traditional Hatha Yoga practices with a deep understanding of the chakra system, aiming to achieve balance and harmony within the individual.
Priyanka’s teaching is rooted in the rich heritage of Indian yoga traditions. Indulge in two included Ayurvedic massages that use natural, locally sourced ingredients. Our wellness center offers a range of services from massages and facials to holistic therapies aimed at rejuvenating your body and soul. You will also get an additional 10% discount on the spa menu if you decide to take more treatments (The discount is only available on pre-arrival bookings).

Nature and Adventure:
Connect with the earth element through guided beach walks, nature excursions, and cultural experiences that allow you to explore the stunning surroundings of our tropical yoga retreat. Excursions are optional and include Arambol Hippy Beach and Market, night markets, waterfalls, spice gardens, temples, and local cities. We will help you organize these.

Arrival Pooja
Welcome ceremony in traditional Indian style on the first day with mantras and a fire ceremony to experience Indian culture, cleanse the space, and orient participants about the group, center, and locality. Includes an introduction talk.
