Example of a daily schedule for a Yoga and Meditation Retreat:

07:30 AM - 08:00 AM: Private Meditation Session
08:00 AM - 09:00 AM: Private Yoga Class
09:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM - 04:00 PM: Treatments, Optional Activities and Lunch
04:00 PM - 05:30 PM: Group Yoga Session
05:30 PM - 07:00 PM: Tea break, Sunset Meditation and Nature Walk
07:00 PM - 08:00 PM: Dinner
08:30 PM - 09:30 PM: Evening Activities or Yoga Nidra and Relaxation 

Cost

Cost of the Retreat (Basic): 

Private Retreat Cost - 550 Euro Per Person Per week (On top of the basic Stay package that will depend on the time of your visit) 

We offer various accommodation options, including alternative room categories and single or shared (If you joining this retreat with your loved ones) occupancy arrangements. (Below inclusions are for a week long Retreat of any date chosen by you)

  • Morning Coconut Water (Daily)
  • Accommodation with bed linen, bath towels, hand soap, and housekeeping services.
  • A comprehensive wellness package that encompasses 24 hours of silent meditation.
  • 7 Private Meditation and pranayama sessions (30 minutes each).
  • 7 Private Yoga Classes designed specially for you (1 Hr each).
  • 7 Group Yoga Classes (90 minutes each).
  • 2 holistic massages (1 Hr Each).
  • 2 Shirodhara treatments (30 minutes each).
  • 2 head massages (30 minutes each).
  • Two healthy, vegetarian buffet meals for breakfast and dinner.
  • Continuous access to filtered drinking water, hot beverages (including lemon ginger and chai), and other refreshments.
  • A variety of evening activities open to all guests, such as Indian Kirtan, OSHO meditations, Indian music, movie nights, chanting, and meditation.
  • Full use of resort amenities, including swimming pools, relaxation areas, gardens, and private beach access with sun loungers.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi available in public areas.
  • A non-smoking environment.
