Our 7 Day Ayurveda Retreat will include:

  • 7.30 am: Coconut Water (Daily)
  • 7.45 am: Privaste Pranayama and Meditation session (Daily)
  • 8.15 am: Private Yoga session (Daily)
  • 9.30 am: Healthy buffet Brunch (Daily)
  • 10.30 am to 04.00 pm: Beach time, spa treatments and relaxing
  • 04.00 pm: Group Yoga Class (Daily)(Optional)
  • 06.00 pm: Beach walk and sunset
  • 07.00 pm: Healthy buffet dinner
  • 08.15 pm: Evening meditation or other activities

Cost

Private Retreat Cost - 550 Euro Per Person Per Week (On top of the basic Stay package that will depend on the time of your visit)
