Ritesh Patel, a seasoned yoga teacher with 24+ years of experience, blends traditional teachings with modern anatomy insights. He creates inclusive spaces for individualized practice, adapting to each student’s journey. Certified in various disciplines including Thai Yoga Bodywork and Stott Pilates, Ritesh specializes in areas like yoga for heart health and Pilates for cyclists. With international teaching experience and multiple certifications, he guides practitioners of all levels with care and expertise.
