Programs & Retreats

Do I need prior yoga experience to join the programs?

No. Most programs at Nalanda are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Teachers guide each practice with modifications so everyone can participate comfortably.

How long are the retreat programs?

Programs range from short 2–3 day resets to longer immersive retreats, depending on the experience you choose.

Are the programs suitable for solo travellers?

Yes. Many guests join Nalanda retreats on their own and find the environment welcoming, supportive, and community-oriented.

What is included in the retreat programs?

Most programs include accommodation, daily yoga or meditation sessions, nourishing meals, and selected wellness therapies depending on the retreat.

Can couples join the programs together?

Yes. Couples are welcome in most programs, and Nalanda also offers dedicated experiences such as the Couple Reset retreat.

Are spa treatments included in all programs?

Some programs include wellness treatments, while others offer them as optional add-ons through the Soma Cove wellness spa.
