About This Program

Longevity science and Ayurvedic Rasayana are the same endeavour: rebuild cellular intelligence, reduce oxidative damage, and extend healthspan. This program combines classical Rasayana therapies with naturopathic longevity protocols: mitochondrial support, telomere-protective antioxidant nutrition, and functional biomarker testing.
