Your typical yoga holiday in the sun:
Begin your day with our drop-in yoga class with dynamic yoga at 8:00 am in one of our spacious yoga shalas on the roof, with a garden or a sea view. Our teachers are qualified and skilled with years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga, Yin and Iyengar yoga. We have created a relaxing environment where you can enjoy your yoga vacation with like-minded people from all over the world.
This is followed by fresh juice and a buffet of healthy breakfast at our Beach Front Chia Lounge.
Nalanda is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea, which makes it a safe place to have a swim and relax. We have a private beach with access to sun loungers through our restaurant. You can use your leisure time to bask in the sun, go for a stroll by the beach, take pleasure in watching the astounding sunsets or travel around the beautiful state of Goa to discover its culture and heritage. We can also help you and team arrange an excursion to see the local attractions.
Afternoon drop-in yoga at 4:00pm is a steady and gentle class which will help you unwind the day, with a calming and relaxing vibe, ready for an evening meal and recreation. From 7:00 pm onwards a buffet of authentic Indian delicacies and fresh salads are served. At 8:15 pm, we wrap up the day with one our evening activities like kirtan, meditation, classical Indian music, OSHO active meditation, etc.
