Our beach front restaurant serves healthy, organic and delicious food which will nourish your entire system. You even have an option of gluten/dairy free and we can meet all your dietary requirements.

Your typical yoga holiday in the sun:
Begin your day with a dynamic yoga class at 8:00am in one of our spacious yoga shalas on the roof, with a garden or a sea view. Our teachers are qualified and skilled with years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga, Yin and Iyengar yoga. We have created a relaxing environment where you can enjoy your yoga vacation with like minded people from all over the world.
This is followed by fresh juice and a buffet of healthy breakfast.
Nalanda is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea, which makes it a safe place to have a swim and relax. We have a private beach with access to sun loungers through our restaurant. You can use your leisure time to bask in the sun, go for a stroll by the beach, take pleasure in watching the astounding sunsets or travel around the beautiful state of Goa discovering its culture and heritage. We can also help you and team arrange an excursion to see the local attractions.
Afternoon yoga at 4:00pm is a steady and gentle class which will help you unwind the day, with a calming and relaxing vibe, ready for an evening meal and recreation. From 7:00pm onwards a buffet of authentic Indian delicacies and fresh salads are served. At 8:15pm, we wrap up the day with one our evening activities like kirtan, meditation, classical Indian music, OSHO active meditation, etc.
