Certified in various disciplines including Thai Yoga Bodywork and Stott Pilates, Ritesh specializes in areas like yoga for heart health and Pilates for cyclists. The most common of all Panchakarma treatments that cleanses built up toxins from all 3 doshas via the colon, bringing them back to a normal & healthy balance.
VIRECHANA PANCHAKARMA
The virechana panchakarma where the pitta dosha is bought under control & usually accumulates in the gall bladder, liver etc in the form of bile. Excess Pitta toxins are thrown out via stool excretion.
